PLAYER REGISTRATION

All Rockies members are required to register at this website. This provides Coach Will and administrators with important contact information. Benefits also include text alerts for calendar changes that occur with 24-hours of a calendared event and the option to pay dues and tournament fees online via credit card.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Commitment to the South Bay Rockies program and your assigned team is expected from every player. If you are not going to attend a game, it is REQUIRED that you contact Coach Will with as much advance notice as possible. If you do not inform Coach that you cannot attend a game, it is presumed that you will be there on time and ready to play. Because many players choose not to attend all scheduled games for their age division/grade, it is necessary to invite younger team members to play up into the next division to avoid forfeiting games. If all players attend all scheduled games for their age division/grade, this practice will no longer be necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to terminate your registration with the South Bay Rockies, please notify our web team at webmaster@southbayrockies.com. All requests must be received by the 15th of the month prior. If the request is not received by the 15th, you will be billed for next month & then your registration will be terminated.

In the case that you decided to unenroll in the same month that your annual dues are due, you will be expected to still pay. Annual dues will be required if your player decides to rejoin the team. Because all high school programs have different requirements regarding when a player is to shut down from their club team, all high school families are responsible for their own accounts. Please notify our web team at  webmaster@southbayrockies.com by the 15th of the month prior to when your player will be required to shut down from the South Bay Rockies. Your players’ Annual Dues will be due upon returning (if owed during high school season).
